An in-house made program (IVI PDF Helper) was developed to automate processing of PDF documents for hearings
I wrote my own program using Python to merge, annotate, redact, and numerate all pdf files for my hearing. That saved lots of time for me. I can share it with anyone interested. The codes are posted at GitHub: https://github.com/gorodnichy/IVI-Tools
