Actions Taken By The Grievor To Address Concerns ("Red Flags")

Grievor's actions to address concerns:

1. Alerting his management: DG and Director (multiple times: on 25 JAN 2022, 02 FEB 2022, 27 APR 2022 - at Fact Checking meeting) - the management  declined to discuss it

2. Requesting updated 'COVID-19 training" that would include post-marketing data that has become available (which is from AUG 2021). Original  'COVID-19 training", which was simply a prerecorded promotional video, was made prior to the date when  post-marketing data that has become available in Canada

3. Requesting and developing a safe place at work to discuss concerns related to vaccines and provide assistance in reporting side-effects via Health Canada website

   1. Developed page and guidance on how to report covid vaccine side-effects on Health Canada portal using personal medical data  (in the absence of direct link and such guidance on official pages)

4. Engaging other data scientists within Public Sector (CBSA & GCCollab networks) to validate concerning observations:

7. Attempts to file a complaint with the Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner  - unsuccessful due to submission system constraints (The portal requires the name or the unit to whom the complaint is directed to, which in this case. I tried Teresa Tam Minister Of Health. and It did not allow this choice)
